STEM Academy

Robotics, programming and digital technology program. Workshops, training and competitions like the FIRST Global Challenge to prepare innovative youth.

Our Mission

STEM Academy is a program led by Gobelab Burkina, an organization committed since 2019 to training young people in digital technology and robotics. Through workshops, training and competitions like the First Global Challenge, we prepare a responsible, innovative youth ready to take on the challenges of the digital world.

Our Approach

Strong Partnerships

We collaborate with local and international actors to offer relevant programs, open up opportunities and strengthen the impact of our actions.

Talent and Experience

Our team of passionate experts accompanies each young person with caring pedagogy, developing both technical skills and human qualities.

Best Practice Methodology

We use active, concrete approaches inspired by best practices in STEM education for effective, motivating and accessible learning.

Creating a Stimulating Learning Experience

At STEM Academy, designing training is like creating an educational game: you must capture attention, maintain interest and encourage progress. Inspired by both game-based learning principles and e-learning methods, we design robotics and programming learning paths that combine fun, logic and educational impact.

What makes our approach to robotics and programming unique?

Skills Impact and Transfer

Each workshop or training has a clear goal: to transmit lasting skills, whether mastering a programming language, understanding the basics of electronics or adopting algorithmic thinking.

Guided Progression and Immediate Feedback

Learning is a progressive exploration. Through a level-based challenge approach, we adapt our modules to each participant's pace.

Context-Adapted Design

Whether in schools, after-school workshops or national events, we adapt our tools, pedagogy and materials to local realities.

Valued Learner Identity

In our training, the student is not a simple spectator: they become a designer, coder, budding engineer.
